The fastest way is from inside the app, and it takes seconds:
More → Settings → Delete my account
Write to vesttastudios@gmail.com from the same email address you created the account with, with the subject "Delete my Red Biscuit account". We verify that you own that address and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
We ask you to write from that address because it is the only thing that lets us confirm the account is yours. We will never ask you for your password.
What you shared with your partner (notes, daily questions, photo albums and everything else the two of you had) stops showing at once and is deleted after 30 days, photos included. Until then nobody sees it.
If you left feedback or reported a bug inside the app, we keep it without your identifier so we can still fix what you reported. Any screenshot you attached is deleted.
The record of your Arena runs (pet, wave, weapons, damage and how the game ran on your phone) stays without your identifier and deletes itself 90 days after each run.
This cannot be undone. It is not a pause or a sign-out: the account stops existing and cannot be recovered.
You do not need to close your account to delete something specific. From the app, instantly and without asking us:
For anything else (your last stored location, feedback or a bug report you left, or the record of your Arena runs), write to vesttastudios@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my Red Biscuit data" and what you want deleted. We do it within 30 days and confirm by the same email.
What you delete from the app disappears from our database immediately; we keep no separate copies. Server technical logs, which never include what you write, are kept for 30 days. What is kept and why is the same as in the list above: what you shared with your partner, for 30 days; feedback and bug reports without your identifier; and Arena runs until they delete themselves after 90 days.
